1. The KOSTAL photo competition will take place from 06.12.2023 to 31.12.2023. Only those who accept these conditions of participation may take part in the "KOSTAL in Action" photo competition of KOSTAL Solar Elektrik GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "KOSTAL").
2. All installers and solar system operators (entrants must be at least 18 years old) residing in Europe are eligible to participate.
3. The three winning photos will each be awarded a Potensic ATOM SE GPS drone.
4. Employees of KOSTAL and its affiliated companies and their relatives are not permitted to participate.
5. The winners will be selected at random by KOSTAL after the end of the contest. All photographs submitted during the duration of the contest are eligible to win. The winners will then be notified in writing by KOSTAL. Lots will be drawn for a total of 3 Potensic ATOM SE GPS drones, one per winner.
6. By participating in the contest, initiated by submitting data, you agree that KOSTAL reserves the right to check the accuracy of the data provided in the event that you win. KOSTAL reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition on the basis of false information, manipulation or the use of unauthorised aids. Sweepstake clubs and automated services are also excluded from participation.
If a winner has to be excluded, a new winner will also be selected at random.
7. The participant in the promotion assures that they are entitled to transfer the rights to the submitted photos. By submitting photos, the participant transfers to KOSTAL the worldwide, exclusive right to reproduce and distribute the photos in any form and to any extent.
8. There is no cash alternative and no other prizes will be awarded.
9. The prize cannot be transferred.
10. The data provided, such as first and last name, company name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, will only be used to enable your participation in the competition. The data will not be stored for any further purpose.
11. It is possible to register for the KOSTAL newsletter. To do so, the participant must expressly agree to receive the newsletter. The newsletter can be cancelled at any time.
12. Not subject to legal recourse.
